Help sanity checking a triple-fan 5090 fit in a mid-tower

Question

Got a Meshify 3 and I'm pricing out a possible winter rebuild, maybe an AIB triple-fan 5090. Humor me here, I want the fitment question settled first. The card length clears the case spec sheet fine on paper, so length isn't what's bugging me.

What I'm less sure about is the 12V-2x6. Once that connector goes in there needs to be room for the cable before the side panel goes on. For those of you already running one of these, what do you actually measure?

Measure it yourself, panel off, PCIe slot straight across to the side panel. The 12V-2x6 wants 30 to 35mm of straight cable before it bends, that's what bites you. Don't trust the generic 5090 number, the triple-fan AIB ones run 336 to 380mm, so check your exact SKU. Then leave the open slot in front of the fans like NVIDIA says.

I did exactly this before my last card. Pulled the side panel, measured with a ruler, and it saved me a return.
