do panoramic fish tank cases actually run hot or is that outdated?

keep coming back to the panoramic wraparound glass cases for my next build. they just look incredible on a desk and nothing else really comes close for that. but every single comment section still tells me glass cases run hot and i should stop looking at them. the thing is these newer dual chamber...
