my Liquid Freezer has started making a weird gurgling noise lately

so my Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 has started up with this intermittent gurgle, almost a whine, comes and goes. temps look totally normal on my end which is the confusing part. but tbh im already half convinced the pump is on its way out and mentally bracing to drop money on a replacement....
