Does the ASRock burnout thing actually put my B850I and X3D at risk?

Question

So I put together a little Mini-ITX build on the B850I Lightning back in the spring, and it has been running great, no complaints at all. But every couple of weeks the whole ASRock burnout story pops back up on my feed and now I cannot stop thinking about it. I've got one of the X3D chips in there, which seems to be exactly the combo everyone is losing their minds over. Is there something I'm actually supposed to be doing here? A BIOS update, an undervolt, anything? Or is this one of those things that gets way more airtime than it really deserves?

Flash 4.10 and stop doom-scrolling the failure threads. The GN sample leaned ASRock, 34 of 42, but that's against a massive number of boards sold and the real rate looks low. 4.10 was aimed at this, though there were still fresh failures on it in April, so it's not confirmed as fully solved. Keep your BIOS current. Taichi here, no drama.

Going by the April reports, those cases were on machines already updated, and there still hasn't been a joint ASRock and AMD writeup pinning down the cause. Worth keeping an eye on. Which BIOS are you on now?
